Solution Deployment Kit

sdk01.jpgInstall SDK in (preferred)
C:/Program Files (x86)/Lockheed Martin/Prepar3D/ SDK 1.4.4747.0

Start SDK Learning Center via the location where you saved your SDK, e.g.:
C:/Program Files (x86)/Lockheed Martin/Prepar3D/ SDK 1.4.4747.0/LCLearningCenter.exe

Installing the SDK and integrate in P3D:

  1. Open the file DLL.xml in C:/Users/*yourname*/AppData/Roaming/Lockheed Martin/Prepar3D/
    1. Use Notepad++ better than the default editor Notepad or Wordpad
    2. Download Notepad++ from here: http://notepad-plus-plus.org/
  2. Add the following lines to the DLL.xml
    1. <Launch.Addon>
    2. <Name>Traffic Toolbox</Name>
    3. <Disabled>False</Disabled>
    4. <Path>C:/Program Files (x86)/Lockheed Martin/Prepar3D/ SDK 1.4.4747.0/Environment Kit/Traffic /Toolbox/ SDKtraffictoolbox.dll</Path>
    5. </Launch.Addon>
  3. Take care that the Path corresponds with the location you saved your SDK
  4. Start P3D after saving this file and you will get an extra Tools menu in the menubarsdk03.jpg

…and in the version 2.4.11570 it’s just the same…
